Already in 1990, Carolin Brauer was responsible for introducing a Central Reservation System connected with the Global Distribution Systems at the Penta International Hotel Group. She then managed a central reservation office in Cork, Ireland, whose clients included amongst others Ramada/Renaissance, Park Plaza and Kempinski. Before establishing her own company Quality Reservations, she was in charge of the main reservation office of the Queens Hotel Group, Germany. Her chosen team consists exclusively of professionals whose experience can be traced back to the hotel or tourism industry.
