For Summiteers and High-Flyers
At ITB 2009 five Hotel Teams were honoured and rewarded by QR Quality Reservations!
These Hotel Teams practised professional Yield Management by continuously and efficiently controlling rates and availabilities throughout 2008 and archiving an increase in revenue of more than 50%!
The exciting prize giving ceremony took place at the QR booth and in the evening the summiteers and high-flyers were celebrated in the Restaurant Käfer at the Reichstag in Berlin.

The final ITB fair report had the following headline: "Stronger than ever" since figures in all categories have been higher then in 2008:
- 11.098 exhibitors from
- 187 countries with
- 178.971 visitors, therefrom 110.857 professional visitors
These figures show that traveling - in spite of economic recession - is still a fascinating topic and, despite of all saving measures, is still necessary for business travel and an important highlight for people working hard all year long. The spirit amongst exhibitors and visitors has been surprisingly good.
In 2009 following issues will be of high importance at Quality Reservations: Optimization of work flows - show customer proximity and practice value added instead of discounting room rates.
